Truck driver dies due to heat stroke

A truck driver died due to heat stroke near Devkali on NH-2 Mohania in Kaimur district of Bihar. On receiving the information of the incident, the police reached the spot, prepared the Panchnama of the dead body and informed the relatives of the deceased about the death. Also, his body has been sent for postmortem to Bhabua Sadar Hospital. Where after postmortem, the body has been kept in the mortuary house for 72 hours. It is being told that the person who lost his life in the scorching heat was going from Orissa to Haryana with wood in a truck.
According to the information, the deceased truck driver has been identified as Nihal Singh (65), a resident of Panwar village in Haryana. Meanwhile, the co-driver (helper) Kiran Singh, who was accompanying him, said that we were going to Haryana with wood loaded in the truck from Orissa. Then last night at 11:00 pm, we stopped the truck to eat roti at Haryana Hotel near Devkali village in Mohania. After that, we got down from the truck to see the wheel. When we came back after seeing the wheel, we saw that the driver was sleeping in the cabin of the truck.
He told that when he tried to wake him up by calling him, he did not wake up. After this, I went to the cabin and saw that the driver was not speaking anything. He was sleeping like this, so I told the local people there. After this, they informed the police. The police came to the spot and called an ambulance and took the driver to Mohania sub-divisional hospital for treatment, where the doctors declared the truck driver dead.
After this, the police completed the paperwork and informed the family of the deceased about the death and sent him for postmortem to Bhabua Sadar Hospital. After the postmortem, the body has been kept in the mortuary for 72 hours. On receiving the information about the incident, the family of the deceased started crying and wailing.
It is worth noting that Bihar is currently in the grip of severe heat and heatwave, due to which public life is in disarray. People are not even going out of their homes without reason. Even if they are going out for some reason, they are covering themselves completely to protect themselves from the sun. At the same time, in view of the heat wave, the district administration has also appealed to the people not to go out of the house in this scorching sun without any reason and to stay safe from the heat and sun.
